Due to the personal nature of fragrance and self-care products, all purchases made on Ahieki are non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if you receive:
* A damaged product
* A defective product
* An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ahieki.cs@gmail.com with:
* Your order number
* Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

Products reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
